Housing information

Houses App helps people discover places, builders, communities, and housing resources. Prices, availability, amenities, locations, builder information, and other details can change. Verify material information directly with the builder, property owner, listing professional, or other authoritative source before making a decision.

Location precision

Map points labeled as community locations are based on verified community or address-level data. City-level points are approximate and should not be used for driving directions or property boundaries.

No brokerage or financial agreement through the app

Using the app or submitting a form does not itself create a brokerage, agency, lending, insurance, legal, or fiduciary relationship. Any such relationship must be established separately with the applicable licensed professional.

Lead matching

When you request contact, USA Houses LLC may refer or introduce you to a relevant professional or business. USA Houses LLC may receive advertising, sponsorship, referral, or other compensation where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, submit false or unlawful requests, interfere with app operation, scrape personal information, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.

Third-party websites

The app links to USAHouses.com, NewUSAHouses.com, builders, and other resources. Linked pages may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. USA Houses LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular property outcome, or the accuracy of every third-party detail. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
